Emma Diaz
Co-Founder, Data & CRM Engineering
Emma Diaz is a data engineering leader specializing in enterprise data quality, system rebuilds, and AI- and agentic-ready data foundations. She has spent her career building, stabilizing, and rebuilding Salesforce ecosystems—often stepping in after rapid growth or heavy customization has eroded trust in the data.
At DoorDash, Emma led Salesforce data governance and platform operations during a critical period of scale and IPO readiness. She owned CRM data integrity, audit compliance, and cross-system integrations, improving data quality by roughly 30 percent and creating a unified operational view across more than five data sources. This work enabled reliable reporting, durable automation, and clean datasets capable of supporting AI, machine learning, and agentic workflows.
As a certified Salesforce Administrator, Emma has designed and rebuilt multiple CRM implementations from the ground up, with deep expertise in data modeling, deduplication and identity resolution, integrations, and governance that holds over time.
Emma holds a Master of Science in Global Affairs from New York University, with additional training in comparative international law from Université Paris Nanterre, and a BA in Legal Studies and Politics from UC Santa Cruz.
